Appealingly arranged on elegant black plastic platters, or for a small extra on wooden platters, our freshly prepared cheeses will delight food-lovers, gourmets, and connoisseurs alike.
For raclette enthusiasts, the Fromagerie Hamel has “all dressed” platters that include 3 different cheeses along with sliced Bernois ham, cured sausage, and Grisons cured beef, as well as the traditional pickles. All you need to add to this ready-to-enjoy platter is a few vegetables and a bottle of wine, and your meal is ready. You do not own a raclette grill? No problem! You can still enjoy our delicious selection: we have raclette grills for rent.
Cured meat and mixed platters
We also prepare cured meat platters – pâtés, terrines, mousses, cold cuts and smoked fish – or if you prefer a cheese combo platter with cured meat as side dishes. The food in all these ready-to-serve platters is protected by a handy clear plastic cover. Just order 48 hours ahead.
