Cédric D. Frappier worked his way up at our Jean-Talon Market store before he became the manager of our Atwater Market store. At La fromagerie Hamel, he has alternately occupied the positions of Senior Sales Attendant, Consultative Cheesemonger and Assistant Manager. For two years, he was responsible for the charcuterie’s purchases. Friendly and sociable, he will be happy to tell you more about our cheeses.
Cédric first entered the food world as an employee of a microbrewery where he learned a lot about the beers. When he arrived at La fromagerie Hamel, he already had a great interest in cheese which quickly grew tenfold. Over time, he has naturally become our specialist in beer and cheese associations.
