Ingredients for 4 to 5 guests
- 2 mellow avocados
- 1 (or 2 or 3) slices of Fourme d’Ambert
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Peel and slice the avocados. Place the thin slices in an oven-resistant dish. Seasoned with salt and pepper from the mill. Put on the fruits crumbles of Fourme. Place the dish in a 200°F pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Once the avocados perfectly covered with melted golden cheese, let them rest for a few minutes and then, finally, enjoy every bite of these delicious hors d’oeuvre.
