Orange and Mozzarella di bufala Napoléon on fenel salad


For the salad

  • 1/2 chopped fennel
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons (15 mL) orange juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Orange zest


Mix all ingredients for the salad and let stand 2 hours.
Make slices with the Mozzarella di bufala and the orange and alternate them to create the Napoleon.
Lay the Napoleon on the salad.
