Classic Burrata


  • 1 Burrata
    1 tomato
    Fresh basilic
    Olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice the Burrata.
    Slice the tomato.
    Insert the tomato slices between the slices of Burrata.
    Chisel fresh basil leaves and add them.
    Cover with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
    If desired, add balsamic vinegar.
